Fried chicken pieces on born with a crispy coating,the coating is usually flavored flour which gives an appealing flavor on the crust of the fried chicken.Try out my simple recipe and i believe you will like it.


Whole chicken cut in to pieces
200 grams all purpose flour
Salt and black pepper
2 Eggs
1 cup water
1 tea spoon paprika
1 table spoon garlic and ginger paste


1.Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper,garlic-ginger paste and paprika.
2.Mix the water and the eggs together them mix thoroughly.
3.Pass the marinated chicken pieces in the egg mixture the coat it with the flour.
4.deep fry on medium heated oil and cook for 10 to 15 minutes and keep turning untill crispy and golden brown then drain on pepper towel.
