200grams Pasta (dry)
1 punnet grams Mushrooms (sliced)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
2 table spoons cooking oil
1 table spoon butter
salt and pepper
100 ml cooking cream
Permesan Cheese (grated)
1.In boiling water,add apinch of salt and cooking oil then blunch the pasta to be half cooked.You can use any type of pasta you may prefer.
2.In a pan,sautee the the chopped onions with butter then add the chopped garlic and eventually the mushrooms.cook until the mushrooms turns golden brown then add the blanched pasta and cheese with the cream and season to taste,reduce to a thick consistency then serve.
3.Sprinkle some grated cheese and the chopped parsley on the pasta to act as a garnish.
