1 punnet Button Mushrooms (sliced)
20 grams butter
salt and pepper
30ml cooking cream
20 grams finely chopped onion
5 grams finely chopped garlic
10 grams permesan cheese (grated)
1 piece mini baguette bread
1.In a pan on medium heat,melt the butter in a pan and saute the onions then add the chopped garlic.Add the sliced mushrooms and cook till it looses it’s water and it’s almost sticking on the pan.Add the cooking cream,salt and pepper and a pinch of permesan cheese.
2.Slice the mini baguette horizontally and spread garlic butter the toast until brown.Put the cooked mushrooms on the toasted bread and finally sprinkle the chopped parsley and grated permesan cheese on top to act as garnish.
