Ingredients

Onions (chopped)
Garlic (chopped)
Ginger (chopped)
Ketchup
Tomato past
Salt and pepper
Mustard
Honey
Paprika
Cilantro

Procedure
1.Season the sweet corn with salt and pepper then sprinkle a little bit of cooking oil.Heat a pan to medium heat then place the sweet corn on top of the pan.Turn gradually until the corn is brown and cooked then add in some shredded onions and a tea spoon of the berbacue sauce to coat the maize completely.
2.In a different pan, add little oil and sauté the chopped onions, garlic and ginger. Add little ketchup and honey if you opt to use honey. Add little soy sauce and paprika then add the sweet corn in the sauce then sprinkle the cilantro on top as a garnish.
