Try out my simple garden/farmers salad.
1 whole Avocado
1.Blanch the broccoli in boiling water with salt or bicarbonate of soda for less then a minute,wash peel and ct the carrots in to julienne s or strips
2.Peel the avocado and cut slightly large cubes, cut the cherry tomatoes in to half and add in the mixing bowl with the sliced cucumber and the picked hard lettuce
3.Drizzle some olive oil in the salad mixture and squeeze in the lemon juice. Add the salt and crashed black pepper then mix everything up to taste
4.Plate the salad on a clean dry plate and serve the salad
