African food revolution is finally in progress.Each and every dish has a story behind it.This dish is an inspiration from the diverse food culture that we have in Kenya.I have infused the most common ingredients which are easily available all year round.This main course has been made using the ingredients with a fine dining twist and presented to give it a modern look.
